When a transaction is made from from one wallet to another (i.e. our system to yours), there are fees involved to send ERC-20 tokens to you. This is by design of the blockchain network, primarily due to the computation power required to process these transactions.
CREEBank.org does not control the variable prices of the fees and computation cost of the underlying blockchain networks.
CREE is a for-profit project that generates income from its apps, products, services and transaction fees. There are computation power and costs involve with our services.
